Bringing the Body into Balance

What I Offer

A bit about my approach

Brandy Yates Massage Therapist Whitehall MT

If you’re tired of living with pain or not getting results from massage, you’re in the right place.

I’m a licensed massage therapist with over a decade of hands-on experience, specializing in therapeutic, results-driven bodywork for pain relief, injury recovery, and stress management.

Most clients come to me because something hurts—and they’re ready for real, lasting relief. Others are looking to decompress and reset. Either way, my focus is the same: understanding what’s actually happening in your body and tailoring each session to address it effectively.

Over the years, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients and conditions, averaging multiple hours of hands-on treatment daily for nearly a decade. That level of experience has given me the ability to recognize patterns, adapt quickly, and respond to what your body is communicating—even when it’s not obvious.

My work often focuses on chronic pain, shoulder dysfunction, and post-injury recovery. I also offer advanced techniques such as intraoral TMJ therapy, cupping, and gua sha, allowing for a more comprehensive and customized approach.

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all sessions or rigid routines. Pain isn’t the problem—it’s a signal. The goal isn’t to push through it, but to understand it and work with your body in a way that creates meaningful change. When pressure is too aggressive, the body guards and resists. When it’s applied with intention, it allows for real progress.

Clients can expect a space that is professional, welcoming, and down-to-earth. I bring a balance of clinical knowledge and approachable communication, so you’ll always understand what we’re doing and why. Whether you prefer a quiet session or a more interactive, educational experience, I adapt to what you need.

I especially enjoy working with hardworking individuals—veterans, parents, and those in physically demanding jobs—who are dealing with ongoing tension and strain. My goal is simple: to help you feel relief, move more comfortably, and walk out of your session able to take a full, easy breath again.
